We ask all participants to mark these critical dates in their calendars to ensure a smooth and effective hackathon:
Pre-Hackathon Period [Planning and admin work]
March 25- April 7: Hacker onboarding and orientation

If you will be in Berlin for the kickoff event, sign up for an in person spot
If you cant make it in person but still want to attend the kick off virtually, sign up for a virtual spot
Hackathon Phase [Early project ideation, async communications, office hours]
April 8-10: Kickoff events (virtual)
April 10-May 18: Active development period
May 19: Mid-hackathon checkpoint at Solana Accelerate (New York City)
May 20-June 7: Final development sprint
Judging Phase [Full weekend required]
June 7: Project submission deadline (11:59 PM UTC)
June 7-9: Hackathon judging
June 10-11: Winners announced at DeSci Berlin Conference
Office Hours
Judges and Mentors offer weekly and bi-weekly office hours which hackers are encouraged to attend. The times and subject matter covered in these events will be posted shortly.
