Hackathon Ideas

Hackathon ideas are split into two specific sections:

  • A plugin is a specific predefined task that an agent would do at any given point in time. Given a spec sheet from Thermo Fisher, return a metadata template in RDF. Clear input and output. A decent hacker should be able to make that in a weekend or so.

  • A project is an attempt to use one or more plugins to solve a more nebulous problem (ideally one which was impossible prior to AI). An example of one of these more nebulous problems would be "We dont publish null results so the literature is a minefield of dead ends. How can I find them?”
